At Claymates Co., every item is carefully handcrafted. Because of the unique and custom nature of our products, we have a no-returns and no-refunds policy on custom orders. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

No Returns on Custom Orders
All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery.
Please email us at claymatesco@gmail.com with the following:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photo evidence of the damage or defect
If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement (depending on the situation).
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:
The request is made after the 14-day window.
The product was damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
The order is a custom piece (unless damaged upon arrival).
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear in your account.
