At Claymates Co., every piece is handmade with care. Because of the time and attention that goes into creating each item, our shipping times are a little longer than big-box retailers — but we promise it’s worth the wait!

Processing & Production Time

Each order is made to order and handcrafted in small batches.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been created and packaged, delivery may take up to 2 weeks depending on your location.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal demand, or customs (for international orders).

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out!

International Orders

We unfortunately will not be shipping outside of the United States and Canada at this time. I hope this changes soon!
